FINEOS Corporation, a market leading provider of core systems for Life, Accident and Health insurance, today announced the launch of FINEOS Absence Management Software. The new solution offers next generation integrated absence management to allow insurers to put order around the ongoing regulatory disruption of absence management. FINEOS Claims for Absence Management was unveiled at the FINEOS Global Summit which concluded yesterday in San Francisco.
FINEOS Claims for Absence Management provides a single book of record for all absence management related services, enabling carriers to showcase the strengths of their products, services, people, and partnerships in a unique, consistent, and compliant fashion. The new solution incorporates a foundationally solid Absence Policy Administration that is comprehensive and organized for analysis and growth.
FINEOS offers regulatory support by staying current with relevant legislation and including pre-defined (out-of-the-box) federal, state and municipal leave plans (paid and unpaid) and ongoing regulatory updates. In this way, FINEOS Claims for Absence Management will continue to meet carrier needs.
The Integrated Service Management capability allows carriers to easily manage integrated absence requests including leave, disability and accommodation. Uniquely in the market, it also offers paid leave management of statutory and private family insurance programs and paid sick leave policies.
Commenting on the launch of the new product, Michael Kelly CEO, FINEOS said, “We are delighted to be able to bring this new product to market. We believe FINEOS Claims for Absence Management is the most innovative solution available anywhere. Feedback from our customers here at the Summit has been excellent. As integrated absence management and technology evolve, FINEOS will continue to provide solutions to meet that evolution”.
FINEOS will further showcase its plans for Absence Management in a webinar on 10 November. Entitled “Rising to the Challenge of Absence Management”, the event will be run in collaboration with Insurance Networking News. For more information and to register for the event, please click here.
