FINEOS solution to provide insurers with flexibility to benefit from a changing dental industry
FINEOS Corporation, a global provider of innovative enterprise software solutions for insurance, bancassurance, and social insurance, today announced the launch of FINEOS Claims for Dental, a comprehensive solution for dental insurers and payors that manages every step of the claims process from intake through payments to reserves management. The solution offers payors the agility to innovate the way they do business – empowering them with systems that are flexible enough to easily accommodate changes to product definition, plan design and internal processing policies. FINEOS Claims for Dental will be formally launched at the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP) annual conference on 26-28 September in Seattle. According /latform/adminsuite/claims-management-softwareto Matthew Josefowicz, Managing Director of Celent’s global insurance group, “Insurers of all kinds understand that flexible and agile systems are key to improving their claims processes and driving operational efficiency. FINEOS Claims is a market leader in providing these types of claims solutions for the life/health market, and we expect their dental offering to be similarly successful.” The dental industry is undergoing significant change as individuals and employer groups demand more flexible products and plans. Benefits administrators want to design unique offerings to attract and retain employees, and voluntary subscribers want to select individual products and services according to their own needs. According to Michael Kelly, CEO, FINEOS Corporation, “We believe the dental market is currently underserved in terms of claims automation solutions. FINEOS is already a proven solution across a number of lines of business and is delivering reduced claims loss ratios, improved accuracy and auto-adjudication for straight-through processing to a range of clients around the world. We are delighted to be able to offer the benefits of FINEOS to a new audience.” FINEOS has made a number of recent press announcements regarding the adoption of FINEOS Claims at leading insurance institutions including the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) of New Zealand, Mutual of Omaha (US), White Horse Insurance (Ireland) and Quinn-direct (Ireland).
