Over the last year, FINEOS has been working on two important and interrelated initiatives. On one end, we are heavily focused on the launch of the FINEOS AdminSuite, our core admin solution which is comprised of pre-integrated, best-of-breed components – FINEOS Policy, FINEOS Billing, and FINEOS Claims, all powered by the FINEOS Digital Platform. We’ve called this program the “Building for Tomorrow’s Customer” initiative and are really happy with the progress we’ve seen to date.
At the same time, we have continued to invest heavily in our existing, market-leading FINEOS Claims product and the underlying FINEOS Digital Platform to meet the evolving needs of our customers. This program is called the “Claim the Future” initiative and I’m excited to announce its launch today.
As the Life, Accident and Health insurance market becomes more consumer focused and the bar for good customer service continues to rise, we believe it is critical for insurers to put more emphasis on excellent customer service at the critical point in the relationship with the insured – the claim. We believe that the ability for an insurer to support a wider range of products is crucial in remaining competitive, and that simplified processes and broader accessibility can help them do just that. And we know that greater technology capabilities as well as flexible deployment options that allow for quickest speed to value are vital.
#ClaimTheFuture is built around these three simple ideas:

Over the next few months, FINEOS will announce new products, new programs, and new partnerships that support these three simple ideas that will help you #ClaimTheFuture. We will continue to provide interesting and informative webinars, whitepapers, blogs, and social media posts expanding on these ideas leading up to a great agenda at our FINEOS Global Summit in San Francisco, October 17-19, and throughout the rest of the year.
Our first product announcement is the launch of FINEOS Claims FastTrack.
FINEOS Claims FastTrack enables carriers of all sizes to quickly and efficiently deploy FINEOS Claims. FastTrack combines the market leading functionality of FINEOS Claims, flexible configuration, cloud deployment, and our agile product-centric implementation methodology to deliver core system replacement in a timeframe not previously possible anywhere.
We are also announcing our first new partner as part of the #ClaimTheFuture initiative, Thunderhead Smart Communications. Our integration strategy enables FINEOS customers to enhance the existing omni-channel communication capabilities of FINEOS Claims with Thunderhead’s leading customer communication management solution in the insurance technology market.
