We are delighted to announce the details of our Executive Briefing entitled: Claims Transformation Project, Process Change & Solvency II Update for Claims Management.
The Briefing will take place in The Old Library, Lloyds of London from 4:30pm to 6:15pm on Thursday 10th February 2011.
With ECF2 delayed, the Market Pilot underway and Solvency II on the horizon there is plenty to tax the minds of claims professionals.
This Briefing will update market management on the Claims Transformation Project Pilot, the potential impact of Solvency II and a pratictioner’s viewpoint of the process changes underway in claims from an underwriting and broking perspective.
The event will be chaired by one of the Market’s senior claims professionals – Stuart Willoughby, Claims Director at Markel International. He will be joined by Simon How, Senior Claims Project Manager at Lloyd’s, Graeme Veale, Claims Operations Director at Markel International, a representative from a leading broker, and Graham Newman, Head of Claims Solutions at FINEOS.
