On Wednesday 21st April 2010, FINEOS held an event in the London Market entitled Delivering Improved Claims Performance. The morning was chaired by Tim Crossley of FINEOS and included presentations by Phil Brown of ACORD, Gary Bass of the Lloyd’s Market Association and Stuart Pembery of Xchanging. Following this Richard West of FINEOS gave a demonstration of the FINEOS Solution.
In total just under 50 people attended the event representing all market stakeholders, eg syndicates, brokers, loss adjusters and service providers. Questions were asked about a number of topics, such as FINEOS Claims support for ECF2 Claims Workflow Triggers, strategic developments beyond ECF2, ECF turnaround times, and integration with other in-house systems and componentisation of FINEOS Claims.
From initial feedback, the attendees came away with a good understanding that FINEOS Claims supports the management of syndicate, company and binder claims all on one in-house platform. It was also evident that FINEOS is committed to leverage the London Market ACORD and ECF2 developments to ensure the Market can differentiate itself through service delivery and specifically claims performance.
