Last week we were excited to host our Customer Connect event in Times Square, New York.
The one-day conference was an opportunity for the FINEOS team to meet with customers, prospects and partners to share demonstrations of the latest release of the FINEOS Platform and to present all product roadmaps to receive client feedback and commitment.
Kicking off the day was a keynote presentation from Michael Kelly, CEO, who shared his insights on the importance of replacing legacy core systems to drive operational excellence to truly enable superior customer experience and long-term success using the purpose-built FINEOS Platform, designed exclusively for the global Employee Benefits and Life, Accident and Health insurance industry.
Other agenda highlights included:
- A Customer Success panel discussion, moderated by Nick Rockwell of Eastbridge Consulting, where FINEOS customers provided authentic accounts of their journey towards enhanced efficiency, streamlined processes, and improved customer satisfaction.
- FINEOS Product Showcase where company experts unveiled the latest advancements and releases in the FINEOS Platform, covering crucial areas such as end-to-end new business and underwriting, billing, policy administration and seamless integrated absence and claims processing (IDAM). FINEOS also presented exciting integrated use cases using ChatGPT and AI.
- Demonstration booths which offered a unique opportunity to see the software in action, showcasing its seamless integration and efficiency enhancements.
- A compliance update focusing on the latest trends in compliance and the evolving absence & disability landscape. The session outlined FINEOS’ unique approach to compliance that sets the company and customers apart in the industry.
