As Chief Operating Officer, John is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations across FINEOS in service to our global customer base. John oversees a collaborative cross-functional global team working across the North America, EMEA and APAC markets comprising Professional Services, Product Engineering. Customer Management, Cloud Operations/Support, Training and Delivery Operations.
With more than 25 years’ experience in the industry and within Professional Services, John has worked with large organizations such as Cap Gemini, American Express as well as smaller software organizations in software engineering, consulting and management positions.
Having joined FINEOS in early 1997, John has held several key management positions across Professional Services and Product Engineering, as well as taking a leading role in many client engagements and has been responsible for the successful delivery of many high-profile customer engagements.
Internally, John has a shared responsibility in strategy definition/execution, business transformation and operational excellence to drive company performance and growth.
