Marc Flynn

As Chief Customer Success Officer, Marc is focused on delivering great FINEOS experiences for our customers and partners, enabling them to implement and adopt the FINEOS products quickly and efficiently, and ensure they achieve the full value from their FINEOS solution.  He is passionate about our customers experience and has responsibility for driving customer loyalty, advocacy, and investment.

Marc, a graduate from Dublin City University, has been with FINEOS since 1998. He has held several senior leadership roles within the FINEOS delivery organization and has a very successful track record in large-scale program transformation, project delivery and customer success.  He brings a wealth of international customer advocacy experience to the role, having lived and worked with FINEOS customers in EMEA, APAC and North America.

Marc oversees the FINEOS global customer success organization, which includes Product Consulting, Education Services, and Customer Success.  These teams are responsible for ensuring that we execute our customer success strategy, promote and champion the customer across all areas of FINEOS and maximize the benefits of FINEOS for our customers through superior customer engagement, customer alignment and increased customer value.
